Engr. Dr. Chidi N. Muoghalu is an Associate Professor and the present Acting Head of Department of Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, COOU, Anambra State of Nigeria. He Obtained his PhD in Telecommunication Engineering from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Anambra State; M.Eng. in Electronic/ Telecommunication Engineering from University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State and B.Eng. from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Anambra State. He has published over 40 journal articles and served in different committees both within and outside University community.
