Biography: Mr Ofordile, Julius Okeke, is a brilliant young man who exhibits a very high sense of discipline. He is public service-oriented and accepts responsibilities and uses his initiative to tackle duties assigned to him. He is quiet, unassuming and respectful, and good with details. Julius Okeke Ofordile, has always shown leadership qualities that are outstanding. He is always willing to learn, he is organized, hardworking, dependable, motivated, creative and good in teamwork. In the course of his duties, he has acquired the following great skills: listening, communication, leadership, interpersonal, management, problem-solving, computer, adaptability, accountability and sense of responsibility skills among others. He is an academic giant, who has written many published scholarly articles.
