Biography: | My name is Orakpor, Adaora Maudline, born on 29th April, 2024 at Aba in Abia State Nigeria. I am from Obosi in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State Nigeria. I am a Medical librarian and a lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science. I attended Constitution Crescent Primary School, Aba where I obtained my First School Leaving Certificate in 1979. I obtained WAEC in 1985; NCE in English/Library Studies in 1989, B.A in Library Science/English Language in 1994, Masters in Public Administration in 2002, Masters in Library and Information Science in 2012 and Ph.D in Library and Information Science in 2021. Professional qualifications obtained are Digital Bridge Institute ICT Studies in 2021; Certified Librarian of Nigeria in 2012; Train the Trainers in 2014;Transformational Leadership Theology of Works in 2015; Leadership and Entrepreneurship in 2017 and Associate Corporate Administration of Nigeria in 2008 amongst others. I have attended many Professional Conference in which I presented paper in the area of Library and Information Science. I have over 12 publications to my credit. I helped to establish Libraries in Institutions of Higher Learning. I presently head the College of Medicine Library of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University and also lecture in the Department of Library and Information Science, Igbaraim. |
