Biography: | Ogugua, Joseph Udemezue was born on 5th May, 1978. He hails from Omor, Ayamelum Local Government Area, Anambra State. He is a graduate of Library and Information Science/English from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the same University. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Library and Information Science in UNN. Ogugua joined Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University in 2018 as Librarian II. He presently holds the position of Librarian I in the University. His areas of specialization include organization of knowledge (cataloguing and classification), library administration, reference and information services in libraries, political librarianship, etc. A core academic, he has published papers in both local and international journals.
