| Biography: | Bibiana Obiageli Muokebe, Ph.D (CLN) is currently the HOD of Library and information science and a Senior Lecturer at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. She hails from Nanka in Orumba North Local Government Area of Anambra State Nigeria. She has her First Degree at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, and Imo State University, Owerri, where she obtained a Masters Degree in Educational Management and planning. She later obtained Masters and Ph.D in Library and Information Science from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She is an erudite scholar who has several articles in many scholarly Journals. She is a member of Nigerian Library Association and a Chattered Librarian. She is happily married with children. | ||
