Biography: Eucharia Nkiruka Ezeumeh is a passionate pro bioscientist with over 15 years of on-the-bench experience. Currently, she is a research academic in the department of medical laboratory science (medical microbiology unit) of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu . An elusive microbiologist with qualifications exclusively on applied Microbiology; industrial/food microbiology (B.tech, Microbiol), food/medical microbiology (M.Sc) and medical microbiology (Ph.D). Professionally, She is a licensed member of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN), an outreach member of American Society of Microbiologists (ASM), a member of Nigerian Society for Microbiologists. Eucharia was appointed a fellow of industrial administrators of Nigeria following her contributions to the industrial application of scientific knowledge as well as in HR administration in various industrial sectors including health sector. Research interests include human microbiome and probiotics, food safety and security, antimicrobial crowd sourcing using micororganisms and plant extracts. biotechnology, bioinformatics. She is also an author and peer reviewer of scientific publications.
