Biography: Chinedum O. Obikeze joined the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Marketing department, faculty of management sciences in 2007, after teaching at Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, working at the then AfriBank Nigeria Plc, Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc, and the British-America Ins. Co. (Nigeria) Plc. She is an author and co-author of numerous articles
published in professional journals of both domestic and international repute. She has taught multiple courses in the field which includes Elements of Marketing, Transportation Management,
Business Communications and so on at various levels of the university, cutting across
undergraduate, post graduate and part-time programmes. She is a professor of marketing and a Fellow of the Association of Management and Social Sciences Researchers of Nigeria (AMSSRN), as well as an Associate Fellow of the Institute of
Industrial Administration of Nigeria (FIIAN), amongst other numerous professional qualifications and certifications. She has equally been privileged to serve in various committees and capacities
in the university ranging from being the Chairperson to the 2nd FMS Inter Conference Programme and Publications Committee, to the Examination Officer for the Department of Marketing.
As an astute member of the academia, Chinedum O. Obikeze’s goal is to groom students towards academic excellence and to drive change through her numerous and reliable research works. Her interest as a researcher lies in Marketing Management and Marketing Communications
