| Biography: | Kingsley Nwozor is a Professor of Geology & Geophysics in Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State and is currently the Dean, Faculty of Physical Sciences; a position he assumed since 2021 right from serving as the Head of the Department of Geology (2018 – 2021). He holds two PhD degrees respectively obtained from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. He joined the academia after years of practice in the oil and gas industry both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, with proven experience in Overpressure and Pore Pressure Prediction, Human Capital Development and Software Support Services. He passionately champions Local Content Development, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic & Software Geosciences. Professor Nwozor is an industry consultant and trainer with services in many high-profile corporate organisations within the Oil and Gas Trainers Association of Nigeria (OGTAN) and Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN). He belongs to many professional and learned societies and is committed to the responsible use of science and technology to improve lives especially the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
