| Biography: | Professor Zita Chika Obi is a distinguished scholar and educator in the field of educational management, currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Educational Foundations at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State, Nigeria. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Education, Master's degrees in Public Health and Educational Management and Planning, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Leadership in Public Policy Process from The Leadership Institute, Arlington, Virginia, USA.<br />Professor Obi has accumulated extensive administrative experience, having served as Head of Department and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Education at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. She has also demonstrated a strong commitment to scholarship, editing numerous journals and publishing articles in both local and international peer-reviewed journals.
