Biography: BRIEF PROFILE OF LAWRENCE UCHENNA OKOYE, Ph.D

Dr. Lawrence Uchenna OKOYE is a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of Banking and Finance, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. He obtained a Ph.D degree in Banking and Finance in 2014 from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, and thereafter began a teaching career at Covenant University Ota in January 2015.

Dr. Okoye is a multi-disciplinary researcher. His major areas of research are largely domiciled within Finance and Economics, but with special interests in Corporate Finance, Development Finance and Economics, Green and Environmental Finance. He has 44 publications in SCOPUS (22 Journal Papers, 1 Book Chapter, and 20 Conference Papers). This is in addition to 45 journal papers in University-based and Professional Association cum Google Scholar-indexed journals.
He has reviewed academic manuscripts for reputable international journals like Financial Innovation Journal (Publisher: Springer Nature), International Journal of Finance and Economics (Publisher: Wiley), Cogent Social Sciences Journal (Publisher: Taylor & Francis), The Journal of Accounting and Auditing: Research & Practice (Publisher: IBIMA, USA), Elsevier S&T Books (Edited Book Proposal) etc. and many conference papers.
