Biography: Hope Emeakayi Okafor, a dedicated Lecturer I, is recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field of management and organizational studies through a series of impactful publications.

Hope's academic journey commenced with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, Sydney, Australia, followed by a Master of Science in International Business and Management from the University of Bedfordshire, Luton, United Kingdom. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in International Business Strategy at St. Mary's University, Twickenham, United Kingdom, Okafor's future research interests encompass Small and Medium Business dynamics, Human Resource Management Strategies, Teaching and Learning methodologies in Higher Education, International Business Strategy, and Management and Organizational studies.

Beyond academia, Hope is deeply committed to humanitarian causes, advocating for the underprivileged and children, empowering women, and raising awareness about cancer and Alzheimer's disease.

In her leisure time, Hope finds joy in swimming, exploring new cultures through travel, and engaging in volunteer work for worthy causes, embodying a balanced approach to both professional and personal pursuits.
