| Biography: | Dr. Chidimma Odira Okeke is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojugwu University, Anambra State. He attended International University College of Technology Twintech, Damansara, Malaysia where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) International Business and Multimedia University, Cyberjaya, Malaysia for his postgraduate degrees respectively. Odira is well published in local, national and international reputable journals. He is a full member of the association of management and social sciences researchers of Nigeria, certified management consultant, an oracle certified associate and administrator as well as a member of the Nigeria institute of management. Odira research interest are in green entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability, green human resource planning, entrepreneurship education, embedded learning, graduate employability, human capital development, management organisational learning, pedagogical content knowledge, and international business. Expertise in statistical packages like SPSS, and PLS-SEM. Odira always work hard to strive for excellence and development at all time through continuous learning, teamwork, ethics, and trust. A consumate scholar who is passionate to be a global player through innovative ideas so as to be part of the solution that will be seen as an asset in an effort to impact positively in organizations and society. | ||
