Dr. Obianuju Helen Obiefuna was born on October 3rd 1981, hails from Umueri in Anambra East Local Government Area. She had her first degree 2004, her master's degree in 2009 and her PhD in 2003 all from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka.
