Biography: Dr Onwuteaka Ifeoma Cecilia is a lecturer in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, COOU. Dr Onwuteaka hails from Ogidi, Anambra State by marriage.

Dr Onwuteaka obtained Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria in 2017, Ph.D. (Econs) from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2013; M.Sc. (Econs) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in 2005; B.Sc. (Econs) from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka in 1998; N.C.E from Anambra State College of Education, Awka in 1989; TC II from Women Training College, Enugu in 1986; West African Examination Certificate from Mater Amabilis Secondary School, Umuoji in 1982

Her teaching and research experiences are in the field of Monetary Economics, banking and finance
