Biography: Born to the family of Nze Ezenwaka Onyemelukwu of Enugu Nanka.
And married to Chief Samuel Ogbalu of Abagana.
Janet is an educationist and a philanthropist.She has taught in many schools both primary and secondary before joining the university in 2007 and rose to the rank of Professor in 2019.
She held many post among which include the head of the department 2010 to 2012.
Coordinator of GS for Igbo language 2016 to 2018.
