Registering:

If you have not yet registered, kindly follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have a COOU email address ending with "@coou.edu.ng". If you do not have one, please visit the University ICT Centre to register for your official email address.
2. Once you have your COOU email address, return to the Staff Portal website.
3. Click on the "Register" link to initiate the registration process.
4. Complete the registration form with accurate information, including your full name, COOU email address, department, and other required details.
5. Create a strong password that meets the security requirements.
6. After completing the registration form, submit your details for verification.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing further instructions on how to complete your profile setup. Please follow these instructions carefully to activate your account.

Profile Completion:

After logging in for the first time, we kindly request that you complete your profile by providing additional information such as your contact details, academic qualifications, and any other relevant information. This will help us ensure accurate records and facilitate better communication within the university community.
